§ 1011

Statute text

All expenses incurred in returning these persons to other states shall be paid by this state, but the expense of returning residents of this state shall be borne by the states making the returns. The cost and expense incurred in effecting the transportation of these persons shall be paid from the funds appropriated for that purpose, or, if necessary, from the money appropriated for the care of these persons.
