View on leginfo.ca.govThe Office of Technology and Solutions Integration shall be the project manager of the electronic benefits transfer system, and shall be responsible for system planning, procurement, development, implementation, conversion, maintenance and operations, contract management, and all other activities that are consistent with a state-managed project and a statewide system.
