§ 8201

(a)A local agency may prepare a local plan of flood protection in accordance with this chapter.
(b)A local plan of flood protection shall include all of the following:
(1)A strategy to meet the urban level of flood protection, including planning for residual flood risk, system resiliency, climate change, and rainwater and stormwater management.
