View on leginfo.ca.govNotwithstanding any other provision of this article, three million dollars ($3,000,000), upon appropriation by the Legislature to the board, shall be allocated by the board to the San Diego County Water Authority for environmental studies and engineering studies for the San Diego Regional Conveyance Facility.
