View on leginfo.ca.govNotice of the election shall be given and published, the election shall be held and conducted, the returns thereof shall be made and canvassed, and the result of the election ascertained and declared, and all things pertaining thereto conducted, in the manner prescribed by Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 74790) of Part 6 of this division.
