§ 75050

Statute text

Notice shall be given of the bond election by publication in a newspaper published in each of the counties in which the improvement district is situated, if there is one, at least once a week for three weeks previous to the election, by posting notice thereof in three public places in the improvement district, and by posting a copy in the office of the district.
