View on leginfo.ca.govIt is a misdemeanor for any person to violate any district ordinance adopted pursuant to Section 74650 from and after the publication or posting of the ordinance pursuant to Section 74651. The violation shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 30 days, or by both that fine and imprisonment. Any violation or threatened violation may also be enjoined by civil action.
