View on leginfo.ca.govThe board may repay the district for any advance of funds, together with interest, at a rate not to exceed the interest value of money to the district, from any combination of the following sources:
(a)The proceeds of the sale of bonds authorized for the purposes of the improvement district.
(b)The taxes levied exclusively upon the taxable property in the improvement district.
