View on leginfo.ca.govExcept as otherwise provided by this chapter, after the formation of the improvement district pursuant to this chapter, the improvement district shall be a local agency for the purposes of the Revenue Bond Law of 1941 and the terms defined in the Revenue Bond Law of 1941 shall have the meaning therein set forth unless the context requires a different meaning.
