View on leginfo.ca.govWhen the board determines that it is necessary to raise any sum for a purpose specified in Section 51326 it shall, by order entered in its minutes, state the total amount necessary to be raised and fix a rate designating the number of cents to be levied on each one hundred dollars ($100) of assessment valuation shown on the operation and maintenance assessment roll.
