§ 37923

Statute text

Any person who negligently or intentionally violates any provision of this act or any district ordinance may also be liable civilly to the district for a sum not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) per day for each day of violation, in addition to any other penalties that may be prescribed by law.
