View on leginfo.ca.govThe annexation or inclusion shall not destroy the identity or legal existence of the county water district notwithstanding the identity of purpose or substantial identity of purpose of the municipal utility district to which or into which the county water district is included or annexed or the transfer of any property by the county water district to the municipal utility district.
