§ 23199

Statute text

The contract with the United States may likewise call for the payment of the amount or any part thereof to be paid by the district to the United States, at the times, in the installments, and with interest charges not exceeding 8 percent per year, all as may be agreed upon, and for assessment and levy as provided in this chapter.
