View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)A person or entity may be liable for a violation of any of the following in an amount not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each day in which the violation occurs:
(1)A term or condition of a permit, license, certificate, or registration issued under this division.
(2)A regulation or order adopted by the board.
