§ 1745

WAT § 1745 Effective Jan 1, 1993Div. 2 · Part 2 · Ch. 10.5 · Art. 4

As used in this article, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)“Person” includes a public agency.

(b)“Water supplier” means a local public agency or private company supplying or storing water, or a mutual water company.
