View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)In complying with this part, an urban retail water supplier shall conduct at least one public hearing to accomplish all of the following:
(1)Allow community input regarding the urban retail water supplier’s implementation plan for complying with this part.
(2)Consider the economic impacts of the urban retail water supplier’s implementation plan for complying with this part.
