§ 1025.5

Statute text

(a)If both the lessor and lessee are private parties, the lessor shall file an application with the board for approval of the lease agreement and shall include in the application all of the following:

(1)The information and materials described in subdivisions (a) to (e), inclusive, of Section 1025.

(2)Other information that the state board determines is necessary to review the application.
