View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)To the extent that funds are provided in the Budget Act of 2000 for the purposes of providing competitive grants to faith-based organizations that are not owned or operated as pervasively sectarian organizations, those organizations receiving funding shall demonstrate that they are able to meet the following six criteria in the provision of services:
(1)Establishing linkages with local workforce development service delivery systems.
(2)Leveraging resources through collaboration and partnerships.
