View on leginfo.ca.gov“Wages” does not include remuneration paid in any medium other than cash to an employee for service not in the course of the employer’s trade or business, except that this section shall not apply to remuneration paid for domestic service in a private home or in a local college club or local chapter of a college fraternity or sorority.
