View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)The department shall give notice, as required by Section 1327, to each public entity, as defined by Section 605, which has elected a method of financing under Section 803 at a single address to be selected by the entity.
(b)The department shall implement subdivision (a) according to the following schedule:
(1)For the State of California, by July 1, 1986.
