§ 36609.5

SHC § 36609.5 Effective Jan 1, 2015Div. 18 · Part 7 · Ch. 1 · Art. 2

“General benefit” means, for purposes of a property-based district, any benefit that is not a “special benefit” as defined in Section 36615.5.
