§ 236

Statute text

(a)(1) The department shall prepare and make available on an annual basis on its internet website data and information about projects on the state highway system covering the prior fiscal year. The department shall make this data and information available no later than January 1, 2026, and January 1 of each year thereafter. The department, in consultation with the commission, shall develop a format for the data and information.

(2)For the data and information required to be made available no later than January 1, 2026, pursuant to paragraph (1), the department shall also include data and information about projects on the state highway system covering the 2023–24 fiscal year.
