§ 1622

Statute text

All amounts paid to each county, out of money derived from the Highway Users Tax Fund shall be deposited in a “road fund” which each board of supervisors shall establish for that purpose. Interest received by a county from the investment of money in its road fund shall be deposited in the fund and shall be used for road purposes.
