View on leginfo.ca.govAny person who wilfully removes or injures any mile-board, milestone or guide-post, or any inscription thereon, erected on any county highway, is liable for a penalty of ten dollars, recoverable as provided in section 1496, for every such offense, and is also guilty of a misdemeanor.
