View on leginfo.ca.govNot later than the hour set for hearing any interested person may, severally or with others, file with the clerk of the legislative body written objection to the establishment of the proposed pedestrian mall. Any protest or objection may be withdrawn at any time by written notice of the withdrawal filed with the clerk of the legislative body with the same effect as if it had never been made. If assessments are to be levied as contemplated by Section 11202, the protest and hearing procedures shall comply with Section 53753 of the Government Code.
