§ 19283

Statute text

The Department of Justice, in consultation with the Franchise Tax Board, shall examine ways to enhance the use and effectiveness of this article through integration with the Department of Justice’s Wanted Persons System and shall report the findings and recommendations to the Legislature on or before January 1, 2002.
