View on leginfo.ca.govNotwithstanding any other provision of law, no operator may plan or establish a public transportation system by adding or extending routes, by acquisition or otherwise, into the area of a contiguous transit district, nor may moneys be allocated from the fund of the county where such addition or extension is contemplated for such purposes, without the consent of the affected transit district.
