View on leginfo.ca.govUpon dissolution of any district which has boundaries that are coincident with the corporate limits of a city, the district property wherever situated vests absolutely in the city, and upon the dissolution of any district operating no transit facilities and which has boundaries that extend beyond the boundaries of a single city the property of the district wherever situated vests in the county in which the whole or greater portion of the district is situated.
