§ 7710

PUC § 7710 Effective Jan 1, 2011Div. 4 · Ch. 1 · Art. 10

For purposes of this article, the following definitions shall apply:

(a)“Commission” shall mean the Public Utilities Commission.

(b)“Fund” means the Rail Accident Prevention and Response Fund created pursuant to Section 7713.
