View on leginfo.ca.govFor purposes of entering into contracts for consultant or advisory services, the requirements of Sections 11042 and 14615 of the Government Code and Sections 10295 and 10318 of the Public Contract Code apply to the activities of the commission, except when the commission makes a finding that extraordinary circumstances justify expedited contracting for consultant or advisory services.
