View on leginfo.ca.govA school, school district, or the state is not liable for transportation services provided by an operator of a charter-party carrier operating a motor vehicle as specified in subdivision (k) of Section 545 of the Vehicle Code for which the school or school district has not contracted, arranged, or otherwise provided.
