Statute text

The powers and duties of the general manager are:

(a)To have charge, subject to the direction and control of the board, of the acquisition, construction, maintenance, and operation of the facilities of the district.

(b)To have charge, subject to the direction and control of the board, of the administration of the business affairs of the district.
