§ 13821

Statute text

The agreement shall become effective and be binding upon the district and the public agency when approved in the manner set forth in this chapter. After receipt of the resolution of the local agency formation commission making determinations, the board shall by ordinance setting forth the agreement at length declare its intention of causing it to be executed by the district.
