(a)The actual wording of the proposition on any short form of ballot card, label, or other device, regardless of the system of voting used, shall read as follows: TRANSPORTATION—ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION To improve, expand, construct, maintain, and operate the transportation system in the county, this proposition authorizes the Orange County Transportation Commission to adopt a _____ percent sales tax solely for transportation purposes.
