Statute text

Notice of the time and place of the public hearing by the board shall be published pursuant to Section 6061 of the Government Code, and shall be published not later than the 15th day prior to the date of the hearing. The materials for the public hearing shall be available for public inspection at least 15 days prior to the hearing.
