§ 105287

PUC § 105287 Effective Jan 1, 2003Div. 10 · Part 16 · Ch. 7

Statute text

After making all necessary and proper changes in the boundaries, by a resolution passed by a vote of two-thirds of the members, the board shall order the annexation of the territory so described. The resolution, together with the names of the members of the board voting for and against the same shall be set forth in the minutes of the board.
