View on leginfo.ca.govIt is the intent of the Legislature in enacting this part to provide for a unified, comprehensive institutional structure for the ownership and governance of a passenger and freight rail system within the Counties of Marin, Napa, Solano, and Sonoma, and any other counties immediately adjacent to those counties.
