§ 16068

PROB § 16068 Effective Jan 1, 2011Div. 9 · Part 4 · Ch. 1 · Art. 3

Any waiver by a settlor of the obligation of the trustee of either of the following is against public policy and shall be void:

(a)To provide the terms of the trust to the beneficiary as required by Sections 16060.7 and 16061.5.

(b)To provide requested information to the beneficiary as required by Section 16061.
