View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)The following persons shall deliver pursuant to Section 1215 a notice, as described in Section 1211, to a surety who has filed a court bond in a proceeding:
(1)A person who files a petition to surcharge.
(2)A person who files an objection to an account.
