§ 5812

PRC § 5812 Effective Jan 1, 2001Div. 5 · Ch. 7

As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning, the following terms mean:

(a)“Agency” means the Resources Agency.

(b)“Departments” means the Department of Parks and Recreation, the Department of Fish and Game, and the California Coastal Conservancy.
