View on leginfo.ca.govThe secretary shall develop regulations, criteria, or procedural guidelines for the implementation of this chapter that shall be consistent with, but not limited to, Section 5753. All regulations, criteria, and procedural guides adopted by the secretary to implement this chapter are exempt from Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
