§ 5096.151

Statute text

All money deposited in the Parklands Fund of 1980 shall be available for appropriation in the manner set forth in Section 5096.206 for the purposes set forth below in amounts not to exceed the following:

(a)For grants to counties, cities, and districts for the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, or restoration of real property for park, beach, recreational, and historical resources preservation purposes, including state administrative costs $85,000,000

(b)For acquisition, development, rehabilitation, or restoration of real property for the state park system in accordance with the following schedule $70,000,000 Schedule:
