§ 5096.126

Statute text

After the Legislature has authorized the administration of the State Coastal Conservancy by an existing or new state agency, any project involving state funds pursuant to Section 5096.125 shall originate and be processed in the manner to be specified by the Legislature in such authorizing legislation.
