§ 5075.8

Statute text

(a)The department may convene a planning task force in order to facilitate the development of a comprehensive plan for the San Joaquin River Parkway. The task force shall include, but not be limited to, a representative of the following entities:

(1)State Lands Commission.

(2)Department of Parks and Recreation.
