§ 4800

PRC § 4800 Effective Oct 1, 1989Div. 4 · Part 2.5 · Ch. 5
It is the intent of the Legislature, in enacting this chapter, to do all of the following:
(a)To provide coordination on wildlife and timberland issues within the Resources Agency.
(b)To improve and coordinate the state data bases for use in analyzing the cumulative impacts of timber harvesting pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (Division 13 (commencing with Section 21000)).
