View on leginfo.ca.govThe acceptance of the land or contributions shall be subject to such conditions or restrictions as the board deems advisable. Any conditions or restrictions required by the board shall be clearly set forth in the resolution of the board which recommends acceptance of the land or contributions and in the instruments of conveyance.
