§ 45021

View on leginfo.ca.govIf any board or agency specified in Section 45019 receives a complaint concerning a solid waste facility or disposal site and the board or agency determines that it is not authorized to take action concerning the complaint, the board or agency shall refer the complaint within 30 days from the date of receipt to another state agency that it determines is authorized to take action.
