§ 4005

Statute text

(a)“Wildfire and Forest Resilience Task Force” means the task force established by the Governor to oversee the implementation of Executive Order No. B-52-18.

(b)Any reference in any law or regulation to the Forest Management Task Force is deemed to, instead, refer to the Wildfire and Forest Resilience Task Force.
