PRC § 3432 Effective Jan 1, 2020Div. 3 · Ch. 1 · Art. 7

(a)The Attorney General shall defend the action.

(b)The provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure relating to pleadings, proofs, trials, and appeals are applicable to these proceedings.
