View on leginfo.ca.gov(a)A hearing shall be provided in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code only in an appeal from an order in the following circumstances:
(1)Issued pursuant to a Section 3237 finding that the operator’s wells are deserted and should be plugged and abandoned.
(2)Imposing civil penalties totaling more than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
